羽幌といえば甘海老の産地で有名ですが

今回は２６０kg物の本マグロがやってきます

 

Fresh Pacific Bluefin Tuna from Haboro Port will arrive tomorrow, September 11th!

While Haboro is famous for its sweet shrimp (Amaebi), this time we are receiving a massive 260 kg Pacific Bluefin Tuna!

天皇陛下献上品井上醤油さんの味噌と醤油を使用

 

ワインや焼酎などのお酒が進みますね！

 

Back by popular demand! We created this dish in response to many requests from guests asking to try it again.

It is cooked until so tender that it melts in your mouth and can easily be cut with chopsticks.

For the seasoning, we use traditional miso and soy sauce crafted by Inoue Soy Sauce, renowned for their natural static fermentation methods.

It pairs wonderfully with wine, shochu, and other fine spirits!
