Looking for the best restaurants in Fukuoka for a truly memorable dining experience?
Welcome to MAIZURU KITCHEN, a reservation-only organic Japanese restaurant in Central Fukuoka (Tenjin/Maizuru). We offer an authentic omakase experience crafted with 100% natural, additive-free ingredients, Kobe Beef, wild-caught seafood, and traditional seasonings.

We’re expecting a shipment of top-quality sea urchin from Amakusa, Kumamoto, every August!
I’m worried about the weather—I hope it isn’t affected by a typhoon!

Sea urchins from the open ocean tend to have larger roe than those from the inner sea.
If the weather is good, the fishermen will be able to take their boats out to the open ocean.

I’m praying for good weather to continue!!!

台風の影響を受けないか天候が心配です！

内海よりも外海の方がウニの粒が大きいです。
天候が良ければ漁師が外海に船を出すことができます。

良い天候が続くことを私は祈ってます！！！

8月到貨預告！！

預計每年8月都會從熊本天草運來頂級海膽！
很擔心天氣是否會受到颱風影響！

外海的海膽顆粒比內海的更大。
如果天氣良好，漁民就能出海到外海捕撈。

我衷心祈禱好天氣能持續下去！！！
