八鹿酒造は1864年から大分県の山に囲まれた自然に恵まれた場所に位置します。

Yatsushika Sake Brewery has been located since 1864 in a naturally blessed setting surrounded by the mountains of Oita Prefecture.

 

 

Currently, there is a sake that has been selected for ANA (All Nippon Airways) international first-class flights—an exclusive setting tens of thousands of feet above the ground. That sake is **“Yaka Niji ROSE”** from Yaka Shuzo in Oita.

This sake has also received high praise at the **IWC (International Wine Challenge)**, one of the world’s most influential competitions, and its quality is recognized by global standards.
