Since 1864, Yatsushika Brewery in Kokonoe, Oita, has honored the soul of Japanese sake while fearlessly embracing innovation.

We are proud to announce that our sparkling sake, "Yatsushika Niji ROSE," has been selected for ANA International First Class (Mar–May 2026).

This rare gem features elegant bubbles from secondary fermentation in the bottle and a stunning natural rose hue derived from ancient black rice. Enjoy the exquisite harmony of its fruity aroma and crisp, refreshing acidity.
