Maizuru Kitchen’s Japanese Eel (Unagi) is strictly limited to only 80 servings per week, shipped directly from its source. It is an incredibly rare delicacy because true, world-class quality is always in limited supply.
Typically, the eels delivered to Maizuru Kitchen are raised for about one year. However, on rare occasions, we receive exceptional "three-year-old" eels.
While our Unagi is always consistently exquisite, these rare three-year-old eels feature noticeably thicker, more substantial flesh, offering an even more satisfying and luxurious dining experience.
