日本で初めて磁器が焼かれた佐賀県有田町。ゴールデンウィークの7日間、この静かな町は世界中から集まる器愛好家で活気に溢れます。約4kmにわたる通りには数百もの店が並び、日常を彩る逸品から、熟練の職人による芸術的な作品まで、運命の一皿に出会う楽しみがあります。

職人の情熱が注がれた「器」の背景を知ることは、食の真髄を知ること。有田で手に入れたお気に入りの器に思いを馳せながら、夜は福岡・舞鶴で、九州のオーガニックな食材を職人が丁寧に仕立てる和食を愉しむ。そんな「器と食」のストーリーを完結させる贅沢な一日をご提案します。

 

Arita, Saga Prefecture, is the historic birthplace where Japanese porcelain was first fired. During Golden Week, this quiet town transforms into a vibrant hub for ceramics enthusiasts from around the world. Hundreds of stalls stretch across four kilometers, offering everything from charming daily-use items to artistic masterpieces by skilled artisans.

Understanding the passion behind these "vessels" is to understand the essence of dining. After finding your own unique piece in Arita, we invite you to complete your journey in Maizuru, Fukuoka.
