あの北大路魯山人氏が自身の書で「ウニは天草」と大絶賛のウニです。
近年は温暖化の影響や悪天候の影響などで漁獲量が減少しており、ますます希少価値が高くなり入手困難な状況です。
ウニは海藻を食べて育ちますが、天草は海藻が豊富でウニは濃厚な味になります。
そして、手作業で加工されて添加物無しの100%生の美味しさを楽しめます!
