小城市で契約栽培の山田錦100%を使用した九州流通限定純米酒です。

Nambu Sake Brewery (Fukui Prefecture)
With a Sake Meter Value (SMV) of +12—a indicator of sweetness/dryness—this sake achieves a depth that can only be reached by completely fermenting superior yeast. It offers a light, clean finish with excellent crispness, while retaining the deep umami and rich flavor profile of the rice.

🍶 Kukura Junmai Daiginjo Fukuro-duri Omachi
Koyama Honke Shuzo (Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture)
This sake is crafted by placing the moromi (sake mash) into bags and hanging them, collecting only the clear droplets that naturally drip out without applying physical pressure. It features the rich umami and gentle sweetness characteristic of Omachi rice, paired with the clear, silky texture achieved through the fukuro-duri (bag-hanging) process.

Tenzan Sake Brewer (Ogi City, Saga Prefecture)
A Kyushu-exclusive Junmai sake brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice grown under contract in Ogi City. It balances a subtle aroma and the plush, soft umami of the rice with a clean, dry finish.

Nagayama Sake Brewery (Yamaguchi Prefecture)
Yamaguchi-grown Yamada Nishiki rice is polished down to 45% and slowly fermented using two types of yeast. The result is an elegant, delicate sake with a vibrant aroma.
